Alan Karpman, Realtor

Alan is real estate agent and marketing professional, who brings a rare blend of data science, sales engineering, and advanced marketing to high-value residential and investment real estate across New Jersey.

Alan has a background in high performing sales and marketing, where he built and led national sales teams and designed revenue systems that more than doubled productivity. That experience shapes his approach to real estate today: structured, performance-driven and engineered for results.

Alan went on to develop a proprietary software platform for the construction and development industry that allowed architects, contractors, designers, and owners to track progress, budgets, and project milestones in real time. This gave him deep, firsthand insight into how buildings are planned, built, and brought to market — a perspective that now benefits developers, investors, and homeowners navigating major renovations, new construction and resale strategy.

In 2018, Alan co-founded Silver Defender, an award-winning antimicrobial film installed across the globe in facilities operated by the NFL, MLB, Bloomberg, Sony, Hilton, Clorox, and the World Trade Center. Built on innovation, branding, and large-scale execution, Silver Defender reinforced Alan’s ability to create, position, and scale high-value products in competitive markets.
